AM SGB Sdn Bhd was locally incorporated as a Joint Venture between AMDB Berhad and Starkstrom Gerätebau GmbH (SGB) Germany in 1994 and commence its production in Nilai early 1996. SGB Group of Companies is partnering AM SGB in all technical aspects, starting from design, production and manufacturing to quality control and assurance. Until end of 2009 more than 15,000 transformers acc. to highest quality standards had been produced and shipped to satisfied customers all around the world. AMSGB’s factory is located in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan and fitted with a state of the art line of production which is manned by competent personnel.
